Hagon is happy, very much happy. 3 days back he lost hope in life. Three days back he was ready to leave his family, friends and people behind and die. But everything changed. Changed for better.

They both are now lying on the bed. The nurse has been dismissed. The doctor once again attached the IV line on her hand and asked her to rest for 2 more days

She has to be careful of her hand which is still in the sling. The doctor said that the sling can be removed only after bullet wound is healed. It may take one month.

Hagon know that she is human and it takes time for her to heal. He also knows that if he mark her the wound will heal within 2 days but he don't want to rush her up

He wants to leave the marking part to her that is when she is ready.

Carol is also very happy. She loves Hagon very much disregarding his indifference to her. Now he also loves her. He loved her for almost 15 years.

Carol started crying. Hagon doesn't know what to do. He never involved himself with family or friends. So he don't know how to console her. Now he regret being away from family.

He doesn't know why she is even crying. So he awkwardly touched her head to console her.

Seeing Hagon trying to console her in a awkward manner carol cannot control her laughing.

Now Hagon doesn't know why she is laughing. He felt awkward again, but atleast he can see her laughing that makes him happy too.

"I was crying because after I lost my dad and the puppy I loved , I thought there is nobody for me. After I escaped I got lots of friends eventhough everyone treated me like family it don't feel like ' I am home'. But after seeing my puppy safe sound and gigantic I feel home. That's why I was crying. And on seeing my big puppy trying to console me I can't control laughing" after saying that she started laughing again

Hagon hugged her again he doesn't know what to say. But he will keep every teasing she is doing in mind and return it back one day. He is little bit rusty nowadays he has to upgrade himself.

Carol drugs took effect and she felt sleepy. Hagon too slept along with her. He dreamt of their future, his marriage,his children etc., suddenly his happy dream changed everything looks dark. Blood is everywhere. His children are standing there crying near carols dead body. Nobody is hurt only carol is dead. It's like she died protecting everyone. He woke up from his sleep he is sweating and panting.

He saw his carol sleeping peacefully in his arms. He will not allow anything to happen to her. He is going to protect her with his life. Once, he failed he will not fail again. He will protect their future.

Suddenly he felt the door open . He heard footsteps. He went into protective mode. He hold her tightly enough to break her bones. Carol woke up because of all commotion

But it's Sofia, Stella and Rachel along with their mates.

They can only see Carol's back so they assumed that she is still unconscious.

So they were seeing Hagon pityfully for holding carol like his life is dependent on it.

Hagon whispered carol to play along with him. She also agreed.

" What do you want" Hagon asked them in his alpha voice.

"We just came to see Carol" Oliver replied

"Oh.. so you just came to see her not to talk to her." Hagon asked with invisible smile (if possible). Sofia felt that something is not right. Something changed on his tone.

"Brother we all love carol just like you we won't harm her don't be conscious of us" he said seriously without knowing that Hagon is playing with him.

"Then what about Rachel. I love carol more than my life . If you love carol more than your life then how much love are you going to give Rachel" he asked keeping his face indifferent.

Rachel glared at Oliver eventhough she love carol she doesn't like the idea of Oliver loving carol more than her.

On seeing her reaction Oliver panicked"No... No.... No...... Baby it's you I love. I love carol like I love my sister. You know she is my brother's mate probably my sister in law and also our future queen as a royal beta I am incharge of her safety that why....I ...I ... Love you more... only You.... please baby talk to me .." he started pleading her

Carol cannot control her laughing so she burst out laughing. Everyone was shocked. Oliver was standing there with eyes wide open. He can't believe he was pranked again after 15 years.

Rachel and others was happy to see Carol safe and laughing except one person... Oliver because he is still not out of the shock

"Brother!!%#!! after 15 years as soon as you find your mate... The first thing you want to do is prank me ah?" He asked Hagon still in shock

Hagon stand up from the bed and helped carol get up and then he just shrugged his shoulders to Oliver

"That's what 'little brothers' are for. I missed doing it for 15 years. You know it's my favourite game" he just said it casually like it is a regular thing

"Do you know how much I suffered because of that" Oliver yelled at Hagon

Then he moved towards him like he is going to beat him then he raised his arms. Instead of beating him he hugged him. Hugged him so tightly

"I suffered because I missed you. I missed your prank. I missed being your little brother" he cried on his shoulder

Rachel cannot control her tears because eventhough she spent very little time with Oliver she can see he misses his brother more than anything

Sofia and Stella are hugging eachother and crying. They got their son and brother back.

Charles king, Hagon's father is wiping his tears before someone sees him. He is still the former king. He doesn't want to lose his cool. He is also the man of few words.

Ezra doesn't care about his prestige because Hagon is his best friend now his  friend is back . His tears are flowing like river. Stella took a photo of him in her phone for teasing him later.

Hagon was patting Oliver's back for him to cool down. After he cooled down he saw carol standing there seeing them affectionately. So he removed himself from Hagon and hugged carol

"Thank you.... thank you..... thank you very much..... thank you carol.... thank you"he couldn't say any other things

Then he hear a growl coming behind him

"Ok jealous alpha can't a little brother hug his sister in law" he asked Hagon and sighed playfully

" If you want to hug , then go and hug your mate leave my mate to me" Hagon growled again impatiently and dragged carol towards him and hugged her. Carol glared at him and throw a soft punch on his shoulder. Even if she hit hard it will be a massage to him

But Hagon wined " what did I do" he asked immaturly

Everyone in the room started laughing. The all can see he joined the wife's slave club. He cannot be retrieved.

After that they all congratulated him and carol. And they gave Carol hug and gave her whishes for speedy recovery. Sofia hugged Hagon for very long time and cried. She is hugging him after a decade and happy that her son is back. Carol knows how much Sofia missed Hagon. After dinner they all went back home.

Once more they were alone . Carol got tried because of all the laughing and hugging and fell asleep.

Hagon thought about how things changed past three days. He was happy it changed for better. He will try to keep it that way. He will try to change the vision. Visions are given so that he can change it and even if it means he wants to die instead of her he will do it. But never in this life he will lose her again.

Please read the last page again. Actually what I typed was missing when I published it. I think I have to check all the chapters whether there is any missing lines..😔
