I woke up to Ryan mumbling and shouting something in his sleep.

Firstly i thought it was a threat so i looked around but found nothing but then i understood that Ryan was having a nightmare.

I switched on the bedside lamp.

It has been a few days since the pack joining ceremony we had.

But this has never happened before.

My wolf was alert now sensing that her mate was in distress or pain.

I tried waking him up by shaking him, "Ryan, wake up baby. Its just a bad dream. "

He started shaking and mumbling words at a fast speed like, no, i didn't do it, no please dont do this.

He didnt respond to me the first time so i tried again including touching him to calm him down with my touch. "Ryan, hey, its me, Samaira. Please wake up baby. You are scaring me."

He woke up at this with a jolt.

He was still shaking a little and was so looking so broken, so scared.

I got up and gave him some water to drink from the bedside table.

He took large gulps messily, even spilling some.

He looked so shaken up that it hurt me to see him like this.

I didn't like him being sad one bit.

I then sat in front of him and took his hand in mine.

I waited until he got his breathing back evenlly to speak,

"Ryan you scared me there. Are you ok ? "

He looked at me still out of it but nodded nontheless.

" Do you want to talk about it ? " i asked carefully.

He shook his head in a no.

" Ohk thats totally fine. But remember that i am always there for you if you are ready to talk. And we will need to discuss it in the future because i dont think it was some normal nightmare."

I looked at him expecting him to respond to me.

" Ohk. But can we just please lay close together and go back to sleep for now. " he said timidly looking down in a hoarse voice.

" Sure Ryan. Whatever you want. "

We laid back together on the bed.

Ryan pulled me close to his side so that he was on his back facing upwards and me swiched into his side by his one arm. The other petting my head mindlessly.

I snuggled closer in his chest inhaling his scent more.

He was looking at the ceiling still not relaxed.

I started tracing pattern on his chest with my fingers.

Touch of our mates helped calm us werewolves.

I dont know for how much time we laid just like that in silence but tiredness from the previous day soon took over me and i drifted back to sleep with a determined thought to find out the cause of my mates distress and pain.

I woke up in the morning afterwards to find Ryan missing from bed.

I looked at the bedside watch to find it was nearly 8'o clock.

From the still lignering scent and warmth i could tell that he must gotten up recently.

I got up, freshened and brushed my teeth before folowing the scebt of my mate and delicious food being cooked in the kitchen.

When i reached there, the sight there bewithced me.

Ryan stood cooking on the stove without a shirt and in nothing but his shorts that too hung dangerously low on his hips.

I gawked as his muscles flexed with each movement he made.

I just could not avert my eyes.

He was so engorssed in cooking that he didn't even notice me.

My wolf wanted me to prounce on him already.

"Stupid human, give me the control so i could mark and mate him already." Were her exact words spoken in my mind.

He turned around to put the pancakes he was making aside when he saw me.

Our gazes met and he must have seen the clear lust in my eyes before i could avert them from him.

" How long were you standing there?" He asked.

" Long enough. " i replied meekly smirking at the end.

" Its rude to stare. " he said jokingly.

There is no harm in stairing at something what is mine. " i replied innocently giving him a wink at the end.

He was shocked by my comeback.

I really enjoyed making him at a loss of words.
The expressions he gave then were too damn cute and adorable to miss.

" I thought i would make you breakfast since i couldn't really sleep."
He replied changing the topic smartly.

I then remvered last night but i let it go for now.

" I would love to have that Ryan. " i replied smiling and took a seat to eat.

" I made choclate chip pancakes, some omelettes, sausages, and some fruit custard too. Ohh yes i also made some orange juice if you had like. "

I stared astonished at him. I was touched that he did all this for me. It was really so sweet of him.

" You made so much. Not that i am complaining but we are only two people Ryan. " i chuckled at the end.

"I know." He replied sheepishly a ghost of a smile grasing his lips.

" So i will have a little of everything i think. But first pancakes please. "

" Sure " with it he served me some and himself before sitting down himself at my side.

As soon as i took the first bite of it, the choclate flavour along with little crunchiness exlpoded in my mouth.

I moaned at the taste. It tasted fucking amazing.

When i looked at him he was already looking at me with a expecting and nervous gaze,

" Ryan this is so good. Like heaven. " i complimented him grinning and taking another bite.

" Ty. I am glad you like it. "

The rest of the breakfast just went like this, me stuffing my mouth with everything he made not getting enough as everything was tasting just so damn good, wonderfull actually.

Ryan too ate with me smiling at my antics and telling me to slow down and eat carefully so as not to choke on food.

After the breakfast was over i took the dishes to clean them up.

It was only fair that i did them since he made all this, even though he insisted on leaving it to him i still did it.

I knew i needed to talk to him about yesterday.

But i also knew that he was one hell of a secretive and shy person.

I will have to coax him up by making him comfortable before asking him anything.

So i mind linked Shivansh to tell him that i was taking a day off and not to disturb me unless its important emergency.

After doing this i turned around and took him by grabbing his hand towards the theatre room.

I plopped down on the couch there pulling him along with me.

He looked at me confused.

" Which movie or series do you wanna watch Ryan. " i asked browsing through the channels.

" But dont you have Alpha duties for the day. " he asked.

I knew he somewhat wanted to forget about last night and not talk about it.

But i was his mate, and mates help and care for each other.

"No i don't. Its just us for the day.
  So, which one? "

He looked quizically at me but nodded nontheless.

"I am fine with anything." He said shrugging.

" So we are watching Frozen then. "

He groaned at my choice and i laughed.
