Ceo S Nanny H S

It's been approximately two weeks since Harry and I arrived from Jamaica. The kids have been in London with Harry's mom and we were currently on a plane ride there for Sophia's fifth birthday. "I swear," Harry says while rubbing his temples. "After we go back home, I'm swearing off planes for a good moment."

I want to laugh at him, but seeing as I've been boarding and leaving planes all week, I know I'm going to suffer the time change and jet lag just as much as him.

As my stomach begins to churn, I cringe at the feeling of vile trying to make its way out of my throat. I guess I was already feeling it and we haven't even landed yet.

"Are you okay?" Harry asks, sitting up from his reclined chair. He looks worried as he saw that I clutched my stomach and took a drink from my water to hopefully ease the feeling away.

"Yeah," I nod, feeling relieved when it goes away. "It must've been the burger from the airport." Mental note, never eat food from the airport. Not only is it expensive, but it's gross too.

He looks unsure of my answer but when I tell him that I'd be fine, he nods and reclines his head back. Since we left Jamaica, I had been feeling ill, while part of me knew it must be all this traveling, there was always this irk in the back of my mind from the ripped condom.

But I figured it couldn't be, the pill never fails me.

After three more long excruciating hours, we finally arrived in London and took a cab to Anne's house where three pink and yellow balloons were tied to the mailbox.

I wanted nothing than to have a nap, but I knew there was a party we had to be present for so I sucked it up and grinned as Anne opened the door, the girls soon following out and jumping at us, hugging onto for dear life.

"We missed you!" Penelope says as she hugs us.

"How were they?" I ask and Anne smiles.

"Amazing, per usual. They have been helping around the garden while you were gone, Sofia kept feeding stray cats and now they're all over the backyard." She says and I feel Sofia tug at my hand.

"Come see the cake nana got me!" She pulls at my hand and leads me inside towards the backyard where birthday decorations adorned the whole place. There was lights hanged over the table where presents took their place and a cake with the picture of a pretty unicorn. "It's got a rainbow!" She exclaims and I smile at her.

"I'm glad you love it, I'm sure your nana worked hard on it."

"Nana didn't make it, she bought it." Penelope butts in.

"Oi!" Anne says with a look of disbelief. "I did too make it!"

"Liar, liar." Penelope says tauntingly making Sofia laugh as well as Anne.

"Where's Eric and Gemma?" Harry asks Anne who greets the people who come in, their kids running off with the girls to play.

"Eric and Des are both asleep upstairs, Gemma ran down to the shop for a late birthday present." She says and turns to me. "Which reminds me, happy late birthday, Rosalie." She wraps her arms around me.

"Thank you so much." I say and feel the discomfort in my stomach once again. I excuse myself and find my way towards the guest bathroom where lock the door behind me and look in the mirror. "What's wrong with you?"

As an answer from my stomach, I quickly run to the toilet and throw up the contents of my last meal and just when I think I'm done, it happens again. Once I'm done for sure, I stand back up and go to the sink to rinse my mouth.

The door soon opens to reveal Gemma dressed in jeans and a long sleeve t-shirt, her presence startled me but I recover when she furrows her eyebrows in worry, almost like Harry does.

"Are you okay? I thought I heard someone throwing up." She says and I shake my head.

"It's just the jet lag." I brush it off, expecting her to leave but she only looks me up and down and joins me inside the bathroom.

"I don't think jet lag leads to throwing up, Rosie." She says and eyes me intently making me furrow my brows this time.

"Maybe it was just the burger I had before coming here." As I say this, the door to the bathroom opens to reveal Harry with Eric on his arms.

Why don't we just have the party in here?

"What are you both doing in here?" He asks, looking between Gemma to me.

"Nothing, just helping her find the headache pills." Gemma lies and Harry looks even more concerned than he already did.

"Do you need my help? Can I get you anything?" He asks and I smile and shake my head no.

"I'll be out in a minute." I say and with one last nod, he leaves making Gemma close the door and turn to me.

"When was the last time you two had sex?" She asks making me look to her.

"What?"

"Last time you had sex, when?" She asks again and I think, not believing we were on the subject of sex between Harry and I again.

"Two weeks ago—"

"You're pregnant."

"What!"

Gemma opens the bottom cabinet and takes out a brand new box of pregnancy tests and places it on the counter making me look to her in disbelief. "Take it and see for yourself. I'm never wrong."

"Gemma, I'm not pregnant. I'm on the pill." I explain.

"Condoms and birth control are only ninety-nine percent effective, that one percent can get you pregnant. Is there any chance you could be?" She asks and the ripped condom comes to my mind once again. She takes my silence as an answer. "It only takes two weeks until you can take a pregnancy test."

"The pill has never failed me before," I say and Gemma looks at me.

"It happens." She shrugs making me run my hands through my roots in despair.

"Not to me it doesn't."

"You think I would have a child if the pill worked for me? Why do you think Des doesn't have a father." She says to me making me sit on the closed toilet lid. "I don't want to be intrusive, you're family and I only want what's best for you. You don't have to take it right away, but you will have to if you want to do what's best for you. Curiosity will get the best of you."

"It's just because it's too soon. I barely just told him I love him that night. He's going to be so upset." I feel my eyes burning up with tears, why now? "He's already got three kids and I haven't even accomplished anything in life."

Gemma walks closer and wipes a tear from my eye that was about to spill. "You won't actually know you're pregnant if you don't take it."

"And what if I am?"

"Then it'll be your decision." I was scared, I've never been through a pregnancy scare before, mainly I didn't know how Harry would react, I know having three kids is a lot and then to have another one? Would he hate me? Would he leave me?

Gemma gives me a squeeze on my arm and before she can leave, I stop her. "Please don't say anything." I plead and she gives me a soft smile.

"Don't worry, I won't." As she leaves, I sit back down on the toilet lid, my hands in my face as I contemplate what the hell I was going to do.

Gemma is right, curiosity is already getting the best of me. I should probably take the test now and then look at it whenever I'm ready.

There's soft tiny knocks on the door and when it opens, it's Penelope. "Mommy?" She says. "Daddy said to come get you for pictures."

I give her a soft smile and follow her out the door. I'll just have to take it tonight.
