Ceo S Nanny H S

It had to probably be around one in the morning when I woke up and decided on grabbing a glass of water. Once downstairs, I reached inside the kitchen and turned on the lights. I grabbed a glass from the cupboard and served myself some cold water.

The cool liquid traveled smoothly down my throat making me sigh at the relief. Everyone in the house was sleeping, or so I thought. As I washed my glass and placed it on the drying mat, I heard shuffling coming from Harry's office.

I quietly made my way towards the hallway where his office light was on and when I reach it, I see a very shirtless Harry sit back down on his chair with some papers on his hand.

I watched as he tugged at his roots and let out a sigh before I softly knocked on the ajar door. He looks up almost startled. "Rosalie?" He calls out making me open the door to see his features soften. "What are you doing awake?" He asks, turning around in his chair, allowing me to see tattoos on his chest I hadn't seen before.

"I came down for some water," I say, closing the door behind me. "What are you doing awake?" I redirect his question, walking closer before taking a seat on one of the empty chairs in front of his desk.

He signals to papers in front of him. "Divorce papers." He says rubbing his face with his hands. I look to him before looking down at the paper, silently asking if I can see to which he nods.

I take it in my hands. "There's no signatures on this." I point out.

"It was never finalized." Harry says. "I guess part of me hoped she'd come back so I kept them from her."

"So then you're not legally divorced?" I say making him shake his head.

"Pretty stupid, huh?" He gives a small chuckle. "I was holding on to something for so long and hoping that when she came back It'd be better." He throws a pen he had on his hand on the desk. I place the papers down on the desk and stand up, walking over to him and grabbing his arm to stand him up too. "What are you doing?"

"I'm going to help you burn them." I say, grabbing the papers and taking him to the living room with me. I turn on the chimney and make him sit on the floor where I had placed some cushions.

"Why are you doing this?" He says, looking up at me from his spot on the floor. I go inside the kitchen and grab the bottle of wine.

"Because," I say unscrewing the cork off the bottle and sitting down next to him. "When I went through my breakup where my ex cheated on me, my friends helped me gather every gift and every picture of his and helped me burn it." I give Harry the bottle.

"No glasses, really?" He says making me shake my head.

"Drinking wine from the bottle helps with the coping." I say before I laugh. "Not really, but it's part of the effect."

Harry looks at the bottle before shrugging and taking a swig. "Tastes the same." He comments with a chuckle. "Alright, hand it over." He says making me hand him the papers and grab the bottle from him.

I take a swig and watch him rip the papers in pieces before throwing them in the fire. "Nice." I smile as I watch them catch on fire.

"Wait!" He says and stands up, I watch him run upstairs before coming back down with a pair of heels, Louboutin heels to be exact. "She worshipped these, she hid them in the vents above the closet."

"Um, Harry I don't think -" before I'm able to finish my sentence he throws them in. "Now the whole house is going to smell like plastic." I say, standing up next to him.

In a matter of seconds, smoke begins to come out. "Shit, the sprinklers." Harry says and runs to the kitchen before coming back out with a fire extinguisher and putting out the fire.

Once the fire is out, I laugh making him do the same both of us falling down on the couch, the bottle of wine still in my hand. "You know what? I feel much better." Harry says with a smile. "Thank you, Rosalie."

Harry and I stay seated, both of us drinking the wine until we finished it which left us on the edge of being tipsy. Harry turns to the clock. "It's almost four." He points out and stands up.

"Where are you going?" I say, noticing his demeanor had changed from being playful just a few minutes ago.

"I'm tired." He says, not turning to me making me stand up and walk towards him.

"Harry, are you okay?" I say noticing his features had hardened. "You know you can talk to me, I can tell something's bothering you."

"I don't know," he says. "I guess I'm just scared."

"Of what?" I say, now in front of him. He looked away from me.

"I like you, Rosalie. I know I shouldn't but I do and I'm troubled because you're their nanny and I wouldn't want to put you in an uncomfortable position." He says making me scrunch my eyebrows.

"Harry, if you haven't noticed I like you too." I say. "If anyone should feel like they shouldn't it's me. I mean, I could loose everything if it were someone else." I give a small laugh.

"I just don't want to lose you, you know?" He says making me hands reach up to his face. "It's crazy how fast things changed when you came. Part of the reason I got over Renata was because of you."

"You're not going to lose me." I assure but he shakes his head.

"I know one day you're going to leave," he says. "The kids are going to grow up and they won't need a nanny anymore and then you're going to leave."

"I won't if I have a reason to stay when that day comes." I say, looking at him with hope in my eyes. He returns the gaze and before I can say anything else, he leans down and kisses me.

"You're going to be so good for me."
